I am on their regular service plan which I find to be reasonably priced and is a 2X a year visit (hot and cold months). Just had an issue creep up today that needed to be remedied quickly. They are super responsive and have quality employees doing the work without gouging the customer!

Bryan was on time and friendly . He is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything he’s going to do and always asks if I have any questions. Such a pleasure to do business with Copperline and their excellent staff.

Jesse,Karl, and Bryan with Copperline LLC Heating and Air conditioning installed 2 furnaces at my moms house. They were very professional and respectful. I live upstairs in the double and I never knew the heating vents could work at the capacity they are working. I am most grateful and thankful for the experience and workmanship of Jesse, Karl and Bryan. Also a heart felt thank you to Brian the owner.

Jesse, Bryan, and Nick did an amazing job installing our new AC, furnace, and Humidifier. I would highly recommend Copperline for anyone needing this service.

Called at 8:30 AM that heat wasn’t working and by 1:15 they fixed the problem and now my wife is not wearing a blanket around the house.

I accidentally puncture a coolant line an my ac condenser. Kelly the receptionist was cordial and understanding especially since the 90 degree heat. Brian the owner arrived an hour latter. Brian was able to have a tech respond within 2 1/2 hours!
Karl the tech was great and my AC was back in service by late afternoon!
