We had a new furnace and AC installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The technicians - Jesse, Karl, Nick, and Jack - were punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Just had my heat pump/furnace installed and the folks at Copperline are fantastic.  I've used them for many years for my spring/fall service and they were great.   My HVAC system was going on 30 years so I knew a replacement was needed.  I asked Brian, the owner, lots of questions and he responded to each and every one with details with pros and cons.  Nick, Karl, Jesse and Jack installed today on time.   They did a great job being careful in the house and explaining what they were doing along the way. I went with Copperline to install my new Trane furnace, AC, and water heater and couldn't be happier. Thank you to Jesse, Karl, Nick, Jack, and Bryan for the hard work getting everything installed and properly functioning. Great teamwork, they kept me informed, and were very professional. I seldom, if ever, leave reviews good or bad. I’m making this one because my experience with Copperline involves maintaining an old system for some years and recently a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Most recently they installed a new hot water tank. In this case it was Nicolas and Brian. Copperline was fast and efficient! As a realtor, sometimes things come up and you need a last minute repair. Copperline answered the call and came out within an hour to inspect and fix the issue. This was my first time using Copperline based on a referral from my neighbors!  I can’t say enough good things about them.  The process from getting a quote to the actual installation has to be one of the best processes I have ever been involved with! So so good.  The actual day of the installation (furnace and A/C) was done in one day. Jesse, Karl,Nick & Jack were great to work with.on time, very neat. Tarps were laid and everything was cleaned up at the end.  My wife was ecstatic 🤗.  Definitely would recommend them to anyone doing a furnace and or A/C replacement!
