Copperline Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 2010 in Avon Lake, Ohio. Since that time, Copperline has been providing exceptional residential and light commercial HVAC services in Avon Lake and surrounding cities.

We are a Trane dealer and specialize in the installation, service, and maintenance of Trane equipment as well as most other major manufacturers’ equipment. We have a full-service sheet metal shop and warehouse that enables us to fabricate sheet metal and ductwork for our jobs.

Our employees continually receive training on the equipment we service and install. We offer customized solutions to heating and cooling needs based on our customer’s comfort concerns. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Brian Culliton is the owner of Copperline Heating and Air Conditioning. He founded the company in 2010 in his hometown of Avon Lake, Ohio. Brian has been in the HVAC trade for over 30 years. Before beginning his journey in the field, he served 8 years in the United States Army with various units, but he is most proud of his time in the 82nd Airborne Division. Brian has been married to his wife Supriya for 32 years, and together they have two adult children: Isabella and Connor. Brian enjoys golfing, hunting, and playing pickleball. From day one, customer satisfaction has been Brian’s top priority. He takes it very seriously. “It’s about relationships. At the end of the day, it’s not all about how many jobs you do or how much you make. For me, it’s more important that our customers feel good about the decision they made to hire us and know that we will be there when they need us in the future”.

Hi, my name is Kelly. I am the Office Manager at Copperline Heating and Air Conditioning. I have been in the HVAC business for about 16 years. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 36 years. I have two grown children and one grandson. I enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with my family and friends in my spare time.

Meet Karl! Karl is a father of one who loves spending time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and comedy shows. He is also an avid volleyball player and enjoys playing the sport with his friends. Karl is a dedicated father, always looking for new and exciting ways to spend time with his child. He is passionate about his hobbies and constantly seeks new opportunities to pursue them.

My name is Nick, and I’ve been in the HVAC trade for 4 years. I studied music at Kent State for three years before going to Fortis Trade school for HVAC. I love to ride my motorcycle, golf, and play with my dog Maxie in my spare time. I’m also an avid Ohio State fan, Go Bucks!

Hi, I’m Jesse Piatt. I have been with Copperline Heating and Air Conditioning for 7 years. I have a 7-year-old son named Cole and a 12-year-old son named Greyson. I am engaged to be married. Outside of work, I spend my time wrestling with the kids and playing all sorts of made-up games they come up with. Being a parent is a never-ending job outside of work, but I would not trade it for anything. My family, by far, gives me the most joy in life. We enjoy camping, the zoo, and Cedar Point during the summer. I enjoy cooking and kicking back on the weekends.

Hi! My name is Bryan, and I’ve been in the HVAC trade for two years now. I am currently a student at Lorain County Community College, working toward my bachelor’s degree while learning this great trade. In my free time, I like to go fishing, golf, and spend time with friends and family.

I've used them for many years for my spring/fall service and they were great.   My HVAC system was going on 30 years so I knew a replacement was needed.  I asked Brian, the owner, lots of questions and he responded to each and every one with details with pros and cons.  Nick, Karl, Jesse and Jack installed today on time. I’m making this one because my experience with Copperline involves maintaining an old system for some years and recently a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The process from getting a quote to the actual installation has to be one of the best processes I have ever been involved with! So so good.  The actual day of the installation (furnace and A/C) was done in one day. Jesse, Karl,Nick & Jack were great to work with.on time, very neat. Tarps were laid and everything was cleaned up at the end.  My wife was ecstatic 🤗.  Definitely would recommend them to anyone doing a furnace and or A/C replacement! Very pleased with my service and repair with Copperline Heating & Cooling! Great local business that operates with honesty and integrity. Everyone from the office to the techs were very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs!!

Called Copperline for a second opinion on a cracked furnace heat exchanger. Brian arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, did an even more thorough inspection and agreed with the first contractor. He and his crew showed up within two hours with the new furnace and had the job done in three. Better install than the original, amazing attention to detail and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. All this and an incredibly reasonable bill. If Brian isn't on your top-list of contractors you're doing yourself a great disservice.

Brian was awesome to work with. He promptly returned calls (even when he was on vacation) and always answered my questions. His team on installation day was professional. They put heavy drop cloths everywhere to protect the floors and prevent any damage during install. Brian was present during the install, providing all the technical expertise. I definitely recommended Copperline to anyone looking for HVAC.

Now that we have a new air conditioner and furnace, I can agree with the assessment that Copperline has been the best vendor we have worked with while updating our nearly 100 year old home. Brian and his team could not have been easier to work with. They were easy to communicate with, schedule, and coordinate the project. It may also be a little thing, but they were ON TIME! How many vendors can you say show up on time and ready when they say they will be there?

I can’t recommend Copperline highly enough. Brian arrived early to every appointment, and was on site each day while the new AC and Furnace was installed (this was huge for us). The entire crew was also very courteous and professional. Moving forward with Copperline was probably one of the best decisions we’ve made as a home owners.

From the start, Copperline owner Brian, and workers were prompt, professional, and honest. The quote for replacement was competitive to others and he was able to get the install in quickly versus others quoting 6-10 weeks out. The new Trane system runs great and it feels like we have a new home. I highly recommend Copperline for anyone asking for good/honest HVAC service.
