Copperline installed a brand-new forced air heating and cooling system in our home in Rocky River. The two-zoned system was divided into an upstairs and downstairs zone, each with their own thermostat which allowed us to precisely control the temperature between our living and sleeping areas. All in all, we have saved a tremendous amount of energy, as we've been able to heat or cool based on the rooms that need it. For example, we like to have our room a bit cooler at night when we sleep but allow the living area to be much warmer. The Copperline team was extremely professional, quick, and fun to work with. They communicated well and helped us work through any decisions so that we felt confident and comfortable with our choices. It was an extra bonus that the entire staff was kind and welcoming to our dog! We liked working with them so much the first time that we had them install AC in our recently-purchased home! We love our HVAC zoned system that was installed by Copperline about 5 years ago. Our previous HVAC system was original to our house (1994) and had not worked well since we bought the house in 2013. It took forever for the house to cool down and the downstairs was always freezing and the upstairs hot. And the same in the winter. We had space heaters in all the rooms upstairs. So, when it finally died, we upgraded to the zoned system and our house is heated and cooled evenly and quickly. We can control the temperature upstairs and downstairs with the separate thermostat and have gotten rid of our space heaters! When we purchased our old home, 18 months ago, we knew we would need significant work on the HVAC system. Not only did we need new mechanics, but the second floor had duct work that made it impossible to walk from one area to another without ducking down to walk under the existing ducts. Brian was able to design a system for us using the eaves of our home to reroute the ducts on the second floor and make the rooms usable and the heating and cooling efficient and effective. He also designed a 2-zone system that allows us to set the temperature separately since we don't use the 2nd floor often. His team was respectful and worked hard while here. They were clean and quiet! Brian's communication was terrific, and his quote was competitive with the other estimates we received. We have recommended him to other friends and neighbors!
